Opportunities

Lab Analyst : 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Receive and test samples from clients according to mutually agreed upon methodology,

  • Proper handling and storage of samples and chemical supplies,

  • Identification and sourcing of needed chemicals for testing,

  • Preparation and analysis of testing solutions,

  • Proper disposal of wastes from testing,

  • Generating and signing Certificate of Analysis,

  •  Maintenance and documentation of daily laboratory logs, and

  • Compliance to established laboratory procedures and quality standards,

  • Carry out other related tasks as required or Other task must be assigned from time to time, and

  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner at all time.

Qualifications

 

  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or related course,

  • Must have an active PRC license to be able to handle lab chemicals,

  • Must have experience in using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) equipment,

  • Must possess critical and analytical thinking,

  • Can solve problems independently, accurately, and efficiently,

  • Can work with minimum supervision,

  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills and

  •  Must enjoy facing the challenges of working in a startup environment.
